We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of a no-show without prior notice, we may charge 100% of the reserved service fee. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will contact you by phone.
Please note that due to time constraints, we may not be able to provide all of your requested services.

■ Request for Touch-ups
If you wish to request a touch-up after your visit, please contact us by the following day to reschedule.
Depending on the request, an additional fee may apply.
We do not accept refund requests after the appointment under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

Products that have been opened after purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are not responsible for any skin reactions or issues that may occur from using products purchased at our salon.

While we take the utmost care in handling all chemicals, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or skin irritation that may occur.
If we encounter harassment, unreasonable refund requests, or inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to involve a third-party agency and disclose personal information as needed to resolve the issue.
